This policy explains what information Superior Roofing & Restoration ("Superior", "we", "us") collects when you visit srr247.com, fill out one of our forms (on this site or on Facebook or Instagram), call or text us, or work with us on your roof, and how we use and protect it.

- Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, property address and ZIP code, and your answers to our questions (for example, the type of property, what prompted you to reach out and when you'd like the roof looked at).
- Project information: notes, measurements and photos of your roof taken during an inspection or a job, and the details of any proposal or contract.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and how you arrived at the site, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 5).
2. How we use it
- To answer your request, schedule and confirm your roof inspection, and follow up about it.
- To prepare proposals, complete and support your roofing project, and keep job records.
- To send appointment reminders and service updates by phone, text or email when you have asked us to contact you.
- To measure and improve our website and our advertising.
- To meet our legal, licensing and accounting obligations.
3. Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to be contacted, we may send you text messages about your inquiry, scheduling, appointment reminders and project updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers that help us deliver our services, such as customer service and scheduling tools. All other categories of information sharing exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
4. How information is shared
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
